This project deconstructs and reanimates history’s most enigmatic smile through a kaleidoscope of artistic reinterpretations. From cubist fragmentation and glitch-art distortion to Baroque extravagance and minimalist abstraction, each iteration of the Mona Lisa interrogates her timeless allure while dissolving her into new cultural contexts. Digital, mixed-media, and traditional techniques collide to recontextualize da Vinci’s masterpiece—questioning notions of originality, permanence, and identity. By morphing her visage into surreal, pop, and hypermodern styles, the series reveals how an icon’s meaning shifts across time, medium, and gaze. A playful yet profound dialogue between reverence and rebellion.
